Please take special note of the following house rules:

• Devices with a camera, such as smartphones, smartwatches and e-readers with a camera, are allowed only in the parking lot and entrance hall (taking pictures is not allowed there either). In all other areas, all products that can make image and/or sound recordings are prohibited. In the wellness you will enjoy completely offline – a real luxury.

• We value the privacy of all our guests. Therefore, it is not allowed to make image and/or sound recordings in and around Spa Wellness Venlo.
  
  

• For the sake of hygiene, health and use, the wearing of swimwear is not permitted.

• Have you booked a treatment? Changing or canceling your massage or facial treatment is free of charge up to 3 hours before the start.

• Enjoying wellness naturally includes enjoying delicious food and beverages. We offer a wide range of fresh and inexpensive products. Therefore, you are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks.

• Proper hydration is important, especially when using our sauna facilities. You may therefore bring a plastic water bottle to fill with tap water. Glass drinking cups are not allowed.

• Would you like to bring items to the wellness area, such as a book or extra towel? Then you can do so in a transparent bag. We offer disposable transparent bags for €0.25 each. We also sell sauna bags at a low rate, so you can reuse them on every visit.

• Wearing a bathrobe is mandatory for hygiene reasons in the restaurant, at the reception and in the areas around our beauty and massage salons.
  Tip: Don’t feel like washing all your towels and bathrobes at home? You can rent towels and a bathrobe from us.
