The origins of halotherapy can be traced back to the salt mines of Eastern Europe several centuries ago. The miners had an exceptionally low sickness rate. Respiratory, cold and skin problems were virtually nonexistent.
After several studies, it was found that a high concentration of salt molecules was observed in the air, which had a positive effect on people’s health. Soon it was used as therapy and people with skin and respiratory diseases went into the salt mine for an hour once or twice a week.
Salt mines are still used for therapeutic purposes in several European countries.

Since we have no salt mines here, we had these rooms built. Medicinal salt is atomized in the rooms. You can choose a 25- or 50-minute treatment.

During the treatment, you can read a book or magazine in peace and we will play some music. The environment you are in also has a relaxing effect.

This treatment can also be booked without a sauna visit. You must be able to climb stairs; there is no elevator in the building.
