We recommend making reservations for your sauna entrance. Only with a reservation confirmation can we guarantee access. Often you are also welcome without a reservation, but when the maximum number of visitors has been reached, we cannot grant you access (directly). We do this to ensure, that you can enjoy wellness in peace. Here you can place your reservation.
Participation in the infusions is free! So after your sauna entrance, you can enjoy all the infusions. There are 3 to 5 ascents per day and you do not have to pay anything extra for them. Also, you do not need to make reservations for these infusions. There is almost always plenty of room in the updrafts.
Are you visiting a sauna for the first time? If so, please indicate this at your entrance. We are happy to provide more information for a relaxing sauna experience. When visiting a sauna, you need a number of items. You can bring these yourself or rent/buy them at Spa Wellness Venlo: Bathrobe, large bath towel, towel, slippers and a plastic bottle of water.
No, swimwear is not allowed at Spa Wellnes Venlo. There are no swimwear days.
When you wear swimwear in a sauna, your body cannot cool down properly, the sweat cannot leave your body properly. In addition, swimwear stays wet for a long time, which increases the risk of overheating and is therefore not healthy. Also, swimwear traps waste products, which are therefore also dispersed when you move around. This is not hygienic for both you and our other guests.
To keep the peace, children from 0 to 8 years old do not have access to our wellness facilities. Children from 8 to 16 years old have access only when accompanied by parents/guardians.
No. Cell phones, tablets, cameras and laptops are not allowed in either the locker rooms or the wellness area. We do this to ensure your peace and privacy. View all house rules here.
Of course, if treatments are still available on that day, you can reserve them. If you already know in advance which treatment you want to enjoy, we recommend booking it in advance. Then you are virtually guaranteed this delightful treatment. Here you can place your reservation.

All the products we use are of very high quality. For facials, we use Professional Babor Skincare products.
Of course, we make sure you can also enjoy yourself in our restaurant. If you indicate with your order that you have a food allergy or food hypersensitivity, the chef will adjust your dish accordingly.
There are several vegetarian dishes on our menu. These are indicated by a clear symbol. Do you eat vegan and want to make sure there are no animal products in your dish? Please indicate this to the service, we also have a delicious menu for you.

At Spa Wellness Venlo, you can sit down to eat and drink in all the dining areas and lounges. You may do this whenever you wish.

No, the restaurant is exclusively open to guests of the wellness complex. So it is not possible to have lunch or dinner with us without a sauna visit.
Yes, you can obtain both paper and digital gift certificates from us. Both can be ordered from our webshop or taken directly from our reception. You can order the gift certificate here.
