QUIZ action terms and conditions

1. These conditions of action apply to the quiz action of Spa Wellness Venlo.

2. Participation in the win promotion is permitted only for persons 18 years of age and older.

3. Participation in the win action will take place as follows:
* The participant may choose to participate in the quiz.
* On the page where a discount is assigned to the participant, the participant can choose to accept the discount.
* Acceptance of the discount is possible only when the requested personal information is filled in completely: name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
* The data provided must be entered truthfully and correspond to the participant’s actual personal data.
* The processing of these personal data is subject to the privacy statement of Spa Wellness Venlo.
* After agreeing to these promotion terms and conditions and filling out the form correctly, the participant will receive the voucher by email.

4. The voucher:
*With an acquired voucher comes specific redemption conditions. These are listed in the email participant receives.
*Turning in this voucher can only be done at Spa Wellness Venlo in Lomm.
*The participant can choose whether to redeem the voucher.
*The voucher is personalized,

5. The voucher can be redeemed through Jan. 30, 2026.

6. The voucher is valid only in conjunction with the original email sent by info@spawellnessvenlo.nl in which the voucher was sent and must be presented upon redemption.

7. Per residential address or per person, this action can be used a maximum of once.

8. If incomplete and/or incorrect (personal) data is provided by the participant, Spa Wellness Venlo reserves the right to exclude the participant from (further) participation. In this case the right to the discount voucher may also expire.

9. In case of fraud, abuse or unlawful influence on the promotion, Spa Wellness Venlo reserves the right to exclude participants and/or forfeit the right to the discount voucher (also afterwards).

10. Spa Wellness Venlo is entitled to change these action terms and conditions mid-term or terminate the action prematurely, if circumstances require, without claiming any compensation or damages.

11. In all cases not covered by these terms of action, Spa Wellness Venlo will decide.
