<p>Das Wort &#8220;aufschütten&#8221; sagt alles. Bei diesem Saunaritual wird Wasser mit ätherischem Öl auf den Ofen gegossen. Es gibt viele Arten von ätherischen Ölen, die alle unterschiedliche Auswirkungen auf Ihren Geisteszustand und Ihre Gesundheit haben. Das über den Ofen gegossene Wasser bewirkt, dass die Temperatur in der Sauna sinkt und die Luftfeuchtigkeit steigt. Dadurch erhöht sich der Windchill. Nach dem Werfen wird der Wasserspeier mit verschiedenen Schwungtechniken und Requisiten die Hitze verbreiten. Denken Sie an ein Handtuch, eine Fahne oder einen Fächer. Dieser Luftstrom durchbricht die isolierende Schicht auf Ihrer Haut. In Verbindung mit der erhöhten Luftfeuchtigkeit scheint es viel heißer zu sein.<br />
Der Aufguss wird immer heißer, was zum ultimativen Aufgussmoment führen kann: Hühnerhaut!</p>
<p>Die Körpertemperatur kann auf bis zu 38,5 Grad Celsius ansteigen und ein vorübergehendes, künstliches Fieber hervorrufen. Durch das starke Schwitzen werden Abfallstoffe noch schneller abtransportiert als bei einem normalen Saunagang und der Körper wird von innen heraus gereinigt. Die hohe Temperatur regt die Produktion von Antikörpern an, was die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Gesundheitsstörungen verringert.</p>

&#8211; Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie vor dem Aufguss gut gekühlt sind (bleiben Sie mindestens eine halbe Stunde vor dem Aufguss der Sauna oder dem Dampfbad fern).<br />
&#8211; Je höher man sitzt, desto wärmer fühlt es sich an. Setzen Sie sich also an einen Ort, der sich gut anfühlt.<br />
&#8211; Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie während der Infusion aufrecht sitzen. Das hilft Ihnen, besser zu atmen und länger durchzuhalten.<br />
&#8211; Nach dem Aufguss mindestens 5 bis 10 Minuten an der frischen Luft abkühlen.<br />
&#8211; Beginnen Sie dann mit dem Abkühlen der Füße und arbeiten Sie sich langsam nach oben. Dies kann in kalten Duschen oder im Tauchbecken geschehen.<br />
&#8211; Vergessen Sie dabei nicht, den Kopf mit einzubeziehen, denn auch über den Kopf verlässt die Wärme den Körper.<br />

&#8211; Vermeiden Sie das Einweichen, wenn Sie Fieber oder eine Infektion haben. Auf jeden Fall ist es besser, nicht mit Fieber oder einer Infektion in die Sauna zu gehen.<br />
&#8211; Trinken Sie während der Infusion kein Wasser. Ihr Körper erwärmt sich, und Wasser, das kälter als Ihre Körpertemperatur ist, kann Magenkrämpfe verursachen.<br />

<p>The word &#8220;infusion&#8221; says it all. During this sauna ritual, water with essential oils is poured on the stove. There are many types of essential oils that all have different effects on your city of mind and health. The water poured over the heater causes the temperature in the sauna to drop and the humidity to rise. As a result, your wind chill increases. After casting up, the soaker will spread the heat with various swinging techniques and props. Consider a towel, flag or fan. This flow of air breaks the insulating layer on your skin. Combined with the increased humidity, it seems like it&#8217;s a lot hotter.<br />
The infusion is built up increasingly hotter, which can lead to the ultimate infusion moment: chicken skin!</p>
<p>The body temperature can reach as high as 38.5 degrees Celsius, evoking a temporary, artificial fever. Due to the profuse sweating, waste products are removed even faster than in a regular sauna round and the body is cleansed from the inside out. The high temperature stimulates faster production of antibodies, making health ailments less likely.</p>

<p>&#8211; Drink plenty of water prior to the infusion.<br />
&#8211; The metabolism speeds up due to the infusion, so eat enough during the day.<br />
&#8211; Make sure you are well chilled before the infusion (stay out of the sauna or steam room for at least half an hour beforehand)<br />
&#8211; The higher you sit, the warmer it feels. So sit in a place that feels good.<br />
&#8211; Make sure you sit up straight during the ascension. This will help you breathe better and keep you going longer.<br />
&#8211; Cool off in the open air for at least 5 to 10 minutes after the infusion.<br />
&#8211; Then start cooling your feet and slowly work your way up. This can be done in cold showers or in the plunge pool.<br />
&#8211; Do not forget to include the head when doing this, as heat also leaves the body through the head.<br />
&#8211; During the infusion, listen carefully to your body. If you find it too hot, get a headache, get nauseous or dizzy, don&#8217;t feel encumbered to leave the infusion before the end.<br />
&#8211; Avoid the ascension if you have a fever or an infection. Anyway, it&#8217;s better not to go to the sauna with a fever or an infection.<br />
&#8211; Do not drink water during the infusion. Your body is warming up and water that is colder than your body temperature can cause abdominal cramping.<br />
&#8211; Do not get in the shower immediately after the soak; sweating is the body&#8217;s natural way of cooling down. Showering closes the pores, stopping this process.</p>

<p>This is how to make your sauna visit as enjoyable and relaxing as possible:</p>
<p><strong>Step 1: showering</strong></p>
<p>Take a hot shower before starting your sauna round. Fresh for yourself, your fellow sauna goers and the furniture.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2: drying off</strong></p>
<p>When you have finished showering, it is good to dry yourself off thoroughly. This is because the effect of a sauna is more powerful with dry skin, and the benches that other guests use stay dry that way, too.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3: warm foot bath</strong></p>
<p>It is important to raise the blood in your feet to a higher temperature. This is good for your body because it warms up your body and thus prepares it for your sauna visit. In addition, of course, it is also hygienic.</p>
<p><strong>Step 4: the sauna</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s time to enter the sauna and relax for a while. First, put a towel down on the benches. To warm up gradually, it is recommended to take a seat at the bottom of the sauna. A sauna session usually lasts a minimum of 6 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes. When you are no longer comfortable, you can leave the sauna to cool off.</p>
